What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 4 pm, and check-out is by 11 am.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

Yes, there is a minimum stay of [X nights] depending on the season. Please check availability for specific dates.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least [X days] before your check-in date to receive a full refund of the deposit. The £50 deposit is non-refundable. Download full policy from here:

Are pets allowed in the caravan?

No, we have a strict no-pet policy to ensure the comfort of all our guests.

Is smoking allowed inside the caravan?

No, smoking is not permitted inside the caravan.

Is parking available on-site?

Yes, private parking is available directly next to the caravan.

Are bed linens and towels provided?

Bedding is not included but can be provided with extra cost.

How do I collect the keys for the caravan?

We use a key safe system. You will be provided with a pin code before your arrival, so there’s no need to queue at reception.

Are Fun Passes included in the booking?

No, Fun Passes are not included but can be easily purchased at Haven reception.

How close is the caravan to the beach?

The caravan is within walking distance to Reighton Sands Beach, offering easy access to sunbathing, swimming, and scenic walks.
